The second trimester or stage is about 14 to 27 weeks of pregnancy. baby growth in the second trimester of pregnancy is very fast. In this stage, the fetal becomes the shape of the baby. this is the easy stage for mothers as they compare the first and third stages of the pregnancy. The baby completes most organs in this stage.
