Physical Difficulties Of The First Trimester;

      Pregnancy is divided into three stages or trimesters. Every trimester is about three months, and the whole period is about nine months. The first trimester is about the start first week and ends at 13 weeks. The first sign of pregnancy is missing periods. Your body also faces other several changes. The most common physical difficulties of the first trimester are nausea, food cravings, breast pain, sleep, tiredness, etc. 

  • Nausea

  • Increase in sleep 
  • Tiredness 
  • Mood swings 
  • Heartburn  
  • Constipation

     In the first trimester of pregnancy, morning sickness, and nausea with or without vomiting is normal. After one month of pregnancy, most women face this problem due to hormonal changes. it is the most common physical difficulty in the first trimester.

Try to eat a small portion of food after every two hours. Avoid fry food it’s not good for your health. Drink a lot of water.

      Food cravings are also happened due to hormonal changes in your body. Try to eat things like you want to eat. Avoids tea and caffeine things in the pregnancy. 

Breast pain  

    In the first trimester of pregnancy, many women feel breast pain and also feel swelling.  The discomfort will decrease after a couple of weeks and the body will adjust to hormonal changes.

       In the first trimester, may you feel an all-time sleepy? It is normal because your body is working twenty-four hours. 

Tiredness 

      In the first trimester, you also feel tired all the time. This thing is normal to happen but on the other hand, some women feel more energetic. All women have different bodies so that’s why feel different. 

Mood swings  

      During the pregnancy mood swings is normal.  sometimes you feel happy without reason. Sometimes you feel sad and irritated. The cause of mood swings is also hormonal changes. 

Heartburn  

       In the first trimester, many girls face the problem of heartburn. Eat portion meals and drink a lot of water. 

Constipation 

          Constipation is the most common issue that every woman faces in their pregnancy. Drinking a lot of water is helpful in this situation. Avoid oily things use vegetables and fruits. 

 As a parent your responsibilities; 

  •         Take care of yourself 
  •         Visit your doctor 
  •          Eat healthy food 
  •        Take vitamins 
  •        Avoid stress

   Everybody knows about the coronavirus, if you face it in the past, you will know how it is dangerous but if you are not facing it then you are very lucky. 

   If you have not yet received the vaccine against the COVID-19, get vaccinated. Studies have shown it is not dangerous for your pregnancy it helps you to get antibodies against the virus.
