Dos and don’ts of the third trimester

The third trimester of pregnancy starts at about 29 weeks and ends at 40 weeks or 7,8 and 9 months of your pregnancy. In this trimester your baby is growing and changing position and is ready for birth.  you must know about the dos and don’ts of the third trimester, then you will take care of yourself very well.

       The reality is your baby comes after 8 months, may at the start of 9 months in the middle or end of 9 months it depends on your pregnancy and your body. 

The Doing things of the first trimester;

  1. Increase your iron 
  1. Do sleep  
  1. Prepare hospital bag 
  1. Go for a walk 
  1. Wash your baby cloths 
  1. Focus on your health 
  1. Freeze some dishes 
  1. pick pediatrician 
  1. Learn about postpartum depression 
  1. Breathing exercises 

Increase your iron  

    You need to increase your iron in the third trimester because your delivery is very near and Eat sea foods because it is full of omega 3. you need to 27milligrams of iron every day so include beef, beans, chicken, and spinach in your diet. 

Do sleep 

   Sleep is important in the third trimester of your pregnancy. You face discomfort and fatigue while sleeping But rest is important for your health so try to sleep. Use pillows on the sides if you feel comfortable. 

Prepare hospital bag 

      In the third trimester, you need to pack your hospital bag and keep all the important things like baby clothes, your clothes, a baby blanket, a diaper, pads, etc. Discuss with your doctor and see your hospital facilities, then keep the other things if you feel it is necessary. 

Go for a walk 

             Keep active yourself the whole pregnancy it is very important for your health. Discuss with your doctor all the things. In the third and last trimester may you not be able to be more active yourself but try to evening or morning walk. 

Wash your baby clothes 

       Wash all the new clothes for your baby. Use baby detergent because it is made for special baby clothes. All the germs are clear and it is safe for the baby. 

Focus on your health 

            Observe your body changes and discuss them with your doctor.  some pregnant women have swelling on their hands and feet. Hand and feet massage is good but if you feel swelling is not gone visit your doctor. 

Freeze some dishes 

         Make and freeze some extra dishes. It is good and convenient for you.  

Pick pediatrician 

   Pick a pediatrician before your baby is born.   

Learn about Postpartum depression 

      Some women face postpartum depression after delivery. Before delivery, you can read and understand what is this? And what symptoms of postpartum depression? It is helpful after delivery if you face something like this you already know. 

Learn about breathing exercise 

      Breathing exercise is very important and it is helpful during the delivery time. Breath exercise helps bear the pain. 

does not do things in your third trimester

  1.      Don’t feel stress 
  1.      Don’t feel any fear 
  1.      Don’t  use caffeine and alcohol 
  1.      Don’t avoid anything for your health 
  1.      Don’t think about your weight 

Don’t feel stress 

         It is your third trimester and you mustn’t feel stressed about anything. You think about your baby and only think about positive things. Stress is not good for you and your baby. 

Don’t feel any fear 

        In the third trimester so obviously, you can think about your delivery but please don’t feel any fear in your mind. prepare your mind and say to yourself I will do it.

Don’t use caffeine and alcohol 

        please avoid caffeine and alcohol it is not good for everybody but it is dangerous for a pregnant lady.  

Don’t avoid anything about your health 

         If you feel different pain or bleeding visit your doctor. your health is necessary please do not ignore anything you feel is wrong.

Don’t think about your weight  

         During your pregnancy, it’s natural you gain weight. Don’t think about your weight. It is a natural process after delivery you are back in your body. you can also lose weight so, don’t worry about that.
