BLOOD PRESSURE AND ITS PROBLEMS

Blood pressure is the force of blood, circulating the arteries, and the production of the heart muscle contraction. blood pressure has two types hypertension and hypotension. It is measured by two numbers, the first (is systolic pressure) which is measured when the heart contracts and is highest. The second (diastolic pressure) is measured before the contraction of the heart and is the lowest.

NORMAL RANGE OF BLOOD PRESSURE

ADOLESCENT

People whose age is 14 to 18, teenagers, the range systolic pressure (90-120) and the range of diastolic pressure (50-80).

ADULTS

From 19 to 40, the systolic range must be (95-135) and the diastolic range may lie between (60-80).

From 41 to 60, the systolic pressure ranges from (110-145) and the diastolic pressure ranges from (70-90).

For older adults whose age is more than 61, the scale of systolic pressures changes to (95-145) and the diastolic scale is changed to (70-90).

HYPERTENSION

Hypertension is high blood pressure; it is very common in adults. It is the force exerted by the blood when it pushes around the arteries. Its reading is observed in two numbers separated by a line (systolic pressure and diastolic pressure).

SYMPTOMS Of HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

  • Severe headaches.
  • Fatigue.
  • Breathing difficulties.
  • Pain in the chest.
  • Excretion of blood with urine.
  • Irregular heartbeat.
  • Bleeding through the nose.
  • Vision problems.
  • Nervousness and dizziness.
  • Blood spots in eyes.

CAUSES OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

  • Overweight.
  • Eating unhealthily.
  • Smoking.
  • Disturbed sleeping routine.
  • Too much drinking.
  • Having a blood relation with blood pressure.
  • Sometimes caused during pregnancy.
  • Genetic
  • Stress
  • Aging
  • Diabetes
  • High alcohol consumption

HYPOTENSION

Hypotension is low blood pressure. When the systolic reading is observed as lower than 90 (mm hg) or the diastolic reading is observed as 60 (mm hg), it is considered hypotension.

SYMPTOMS OF LOW BLOOD PRESSURE

  • Nausea.
  • Dizziness.
  • Fainting and fatigue.
  • Blurred and fading vision.
  • Weakness.
  • Confusion.
  • Rapid and shallow breathing.
  • Weak pulse.

CAUSES

  • Dehydration.
  • During pregnancy.
  • Loss of blood.
  • Lack of nutrients in the diet.
  • Severe infections such as septicemia or anaphylaxis.
  • Thyroid

How Dangerous the High and Low BP

Both are dangerous but the more is high BP because in high BP heart is not able to pump our blood properly, in this case, the chances of heart attack and kidney failure are more. Sometimes in worse conditions of high BP, death is possible on the spot.

In last the both are curable with the use of medicine and healthy eating. Try to be stress-free and tension free. Keep calm yourself in any situation because your health is important to you
